At Cover Storey, we are fortunate to have talented designers with significant experience in urban and rural residential design. That collective experience encompasses several scheme for developers and affordable housing providers as well as retirement living and student halls schemes. These schemes often share the complexities of wider masterplanning schemes, frequently including many mixed use elements. In each case, central to teh success of the scheme is the understanding that we are creating a 'place' where people will spend a significant part of their lives.
It is the sense of community and belonging which drive successful residential schemes, as these opportunities are either adapting, extending or creating the physical backdrop for 'community'.
