Priding ourselves on our strong client base, we were excited to be appointed to design a masterplan proposal for the development of a city centre marina plot. The scheme explores the potential for a PRS (private rented sector) development in a district which already has numerous tall buildings vying for attention.

The scheme seeks to be a sensitive yet prominent landmark addition to the city's waterfront skyline. When a building is proposed in a location such as this, it is important that it has a community enriching purpose beyond the commercial necessities of the individual scheme. In this case, we designed an integrated covered marketplace which might reflect the abundance of fresh foods which pass through this busy port on a daily basis.
