MDL's Ocean Village marina is the only 5* marina facility in the UK; where better then for MDL Marinas to relocate their head office than in the former Royal Southampton Yacht Club premises, overlooking the marina and the new Harbour Hotel.
The scheme involved a heavy strip out of the yacht club to create a predominantly open plan, collaborative work space where the diverse MDL team can come together. Additionally, superfluous space has been transformed into a luxury three-bed apartment with stunning views from its deck across Ocean Village.
