Whenever a discussion about student residences begins, the topic of 'modular' jumps up and down, shrieking for attention. We have extensive experience in designing and delivering student residential schemes of all shapes and sizes. Some modular, some with pods, others off-site panel construction, some combining all three and still others being traditionally constructed. There is no single solution which solves every scheme however our Clients understand that our experience and knowledge of this sector is extensive and our counsel valued.

When designing student schemes, we must balance context and end user, client and client ethos. Aside from the course itself, the student halls of today are among the most important factors determining university choice for students.

At Cover Storey, we design and deliver schemes of all sizes and as individuals have historically designed and delivered significant schemes for the University of Chichester, University of Brighton and Chichester College.  We currently have early stage schemes for a private sector developer on our metaphoric drawing board ranging from 70 bedrooms through to 280 bedrooms.
