Having completed the cafe at the end of 2019, we are thrilled to introduce our latest addition to the community: a cutting-edge, sustainably designed lifeguard tower and public safety facilities building. Nestled along the picturesque coastline, this innovative structure not only enhances safety measures but also serves as a beacon of eco-consciousness, blending seamlessly with the natural beauty of our surroundings.

Our lifeguard tower and public safety facilities building embodies a commitment to sustainability, both in construction and in use. The building incorporates an extensive solar PV system, designed to provide 100% of the energy usage for the building.

Safety improvements will crucially provide a lifeguard lookout which has sight over the entire swimming area of West Witering beach, and a state-of-the-art medical suite.

The scheme also prioritises inclusivity and accessibility, including a changing places facility and baby change facilities.
