The Rotunda project represents the creation of a waterside micro-community which will be the catalyst for the regeneration of Northney Marina on behalf of MDL Developments Ltd. The scheme, due to be completed in Autumn 2020 will provide some 21 high specification apartments and Cover Storey's commission is to transform a dated facade into contemporary waterfront homes. Within the structure, the entire thermal envelope and energy usage will be transformed and brought up to date to exceed current building regulations - a theme at our Client's heart and ours alike.
