Farm buildings are the ubiquitous 'conversion' project, coming, as they do, with the alluring potential to create something exciting from humble beginnings. Little Newbury Farm is the sensitive renovation and conversion of a series of dilapidated farm buildings set about what is now a secluded courtyard deep in the countryside of south-west Oxfordshire.

The farm had fallen into disrepair over a number of years, presenting numerous challenges to overcome whilst preserving and showing off the integrity of what are at heart a series of beautiful structures in their own right. The completed conversions form a courtyard development of five 2-3 bedroom homes. The choice of materials combined with an attention to detail and both design and on-site construction phases has been key to the success of the overall scheme.
