New appointments and negotiations for Cover Storey

In April 2016, design work commenced on the Willows as a contemporary new home and Cover Storey were appointed to act as technical architect for Skyfall, a dramatic modern home in Bosham.

Negotiations also commenced with Arun District Council on a potential 140-150 room student residential accommodation scheme. Challenging issues of town centre construction and the promise of stunning views across the urban roof scape to the sea made for an exciting design and delivery opportunity.
