After the success of our own off-site constructed office back in September 2016, we are now delighted to be working with Low Carbon Construction (this time with LCC as our Client) on a new airspace residential development in Orpington. The LCC system is highly sustainable incorporating a myriad of renewable energy devices and systems within a Passivhaus-standard shell; the system has already been tested at more than 80% in excess of current Building Regulations standards. Starting our work in May, the apartments will be completed and ready for occupation by autumn this year.
