This month, what seems like years of hard work has culminated in two larger schemes being successfully tendered - the Roundhouse at Northney and the new MDL Marinas HQ scheme in Ocean Village.The Roundhouse will see the conversion of commercial space into 21 luxury waterside apartments and the MDL scheme is a challenging 11-week contract on site to create the new head quarters for MDL Marinas, all to be open in time for the 2019 Southampton Boat Show!

This month we are also very excited to have won the design competition for the phased transformation of the Oxmarket Gallery in Chichester.
