We are delighted to have received planning approval for our latest bespoke home, "House on the Hill", in Porchester. It is particularly exciting because it is not the traditional large scale, large budget self-build 'Grand Design' but rather a home designed for a private client with a realistic and realisable budget. At c.130sqm, the house steps down the Hill overlooking the Spinnaker Tower in the distance and provides a contemporary living space and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The house will be substantially in excess of the current regulations in terms of sustainability and carbon footprint.

The design seeks to provide a modest front face to the street whilst opening up to the rear garden with high ceilings to flood the home with sunlight and those spectacular views.
