At the end of a year that few would wish to repeat, new projects have started to come through signalling a cautious optimism for us for the New Year. Projects have definitely taken longer to complete, however out of all this upheaval the positive and proactive way in which the industry of construction has pulled together has been, in our direct experience, remarkable and uplifting.

Finishing later than originally planned, the Roundhouse at Northney Marina is a prime example of a mammoth team effort from Client, Contractor and Consultant team alike to stay focused on the collective goals and deliver a high quality development on budget - the proof of the pudding is in the eating and in spite of everything else going on, the apartments are selling like hot cakes. Well done to everyone involved
