Cover Storey have been appointed to review options appraisals and create a masterplan proposal for the potential regeneration of a coastal marina. The proposals include restaurant, cafe and convenience store fronting onto a new boardwalk. Further to that, the scheme also includes market and affordable homes plus dry storage, club facilities and multi-purpose accommodation in addition to renewal of existing buildings supporting marine activities.
