Site set-up has commenced on our latest permitted development scheme, this one on Hayling Island. The project will convert the existing Roundhouse building into 21 luxury apartments within the Northney Marina complex. The scheme comprises 21 individually designed apartments from one to three bedrooms, with stunning views across the island and Langstone Harbour. In converting this building and revitalising the facade and interior throughout, connection to its marine surroundings has been central to the collaborative design development. The scheme will be finished in September 2020.
